Ich bin noch ein wenig unentschlossen, stellenweise ist mir der Sound zu sauber, aber dann knallen die Songs endlich wieder so vorzüglich, daher gibt es das Album jetzt auch in der zweiten (oder sogar schon dritten?) Woche in Folge im Gesamtpaket mit Burning/Eternal Death/ Deathrace King zum besseren einordnen . Spo spontan würde ich sagen, dass Ist definitiv das stärkste Album seit Crowned in Terror, wenn auch nur minimal vor Possessed 13 liegend.

Kann ich mit leben. Mich erwischt das grad irgendwie zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, möglicherweise hätte ich es vor einem Jahr oder so nicht so hart gefeiert. Die Kritik am Sound kann ich nachvollziehen, allerdings nicht nur wegen des Plüschs, sondern auch wegen der fehlenden Dynamik. Klar geht eh alles die ganze Zeit ins Maul, auf "Deathrace King" fasziniert mich dabei allerdings eine ziemlich dynamische Schlagzeugarbeit und -produktion, die man sonst im Knüppelsektor nur selten findet. Und dazu dann die nicht ultrafetten, aber präzisen Gitarren. Darüber hinaus gibt's auf "Cobra Speed Venom" einfach ein paar öde Stinker. "We Avenge" z.B. Die guten Songs bringen's dafür dann halt aber auch richtig.
